An employee filed a complaint against their company after being unfairly dismissed without a legal justification. The court found that the company had unlawfully terminated the employee's contract without adhering to the notice period stipulated in the employment contract.


Legal Case Judgment:


The Labor Court, in a public hearing, ruled to obligate the company to pay the employee an amount of 6,000 Kuwaiti Dinars as compensation for the unlawful termination. Additionally, the court ordered the company to issue a certificate of experience and to lift any administrative restrictions that would prevent the employee from transitioning to another job.
