A clothing company filed a complaint against a competitor for using its registered trademark without authorization on products sold in the local market. The court, based on reports from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, confirmed that the trademark is owned by the plaintiff.


Legal Case Judgment:

The Commercial Court, in a hearing, ordered the defendant company to immediately cease using the trademark and to pay the plaintiff a financial compensation of 10,000 Kuwaiti Dinars. Additionally, the defendant was ordered to publish a corrective notice at its own expense in local newspapers.
